What Christmas or Christmas Eve traditions do you have?

Annually, at our house, its a big breakfast:
eggs
Home made: Bacon, sausage, toast and jam
coffee and OJ

Once stuffed, we open presents and then send the kids/grandkids home so we can play with new toys!

My Wife always makes her Lasagna and or lasagna roll ups. She usually does 10-15 trays for family and friends.
This year we will do the ding dong ditch routine.
