What are ya cookin for Game Day?

Well, the cooking is underway. This is my third time using the smoker. I am smoking a pork butt and two turkey breasts. I am using the Minion method and sand (both for the first time). So far so good! I'm hoping this works out well so I can start doing overnight cooks.

I did a brisket yesterday for the game today. It was small (~5lbs) so I had it on the WSM for 3.5 hrs, then wrapped it in bacon & foil, and put it back on for another 3 hours. Came out awesome. A great suppliment to chili.
 
Well, the picnic hit 200* at 10:am today, a flawless 15 hour cook. It's foiled and towel wrapped in an ice chest until early afternoon.
It looks beautiful!

Also workin' on a dozen ABT's right now which will go on the kettle with some brats just before game time.
