With all these rib cooks today I thought I'd throw mine up here for the heck of it. They turned out pretty good with a very nice day weather wise. I've never had a pack of three with one that had already had the membrane pulled off. I'm not sure about the last rack of the three but the first one I had to pull off. IBP brand from Sams.

Mike I know. I gave in after I cut them since they turned out ok. Hope to put a chicken pic up tomorrow. Thanks for the info on it.
 
Thanks. This was posted back on the 13th but they were good.

Wolgast, it was a local seasoning named Pig Pen (kinda like Butt Rub seasoning with less salt) on both sides then foiled for an hour with honey and apple juice after a two hour cook naked. Unfoiled for a half hour with sauce. I'm hungry now!
