Weeknight Dinner on the Genesis

During the week i mostly use the gas grill, i though i would post tonight's dinner.

cross cut short ribs marinating in Ken's balsamic Viniagrette, salt, pepper, and garlic powder


high heat sear for 3-4 minutes


turned over, eh bottom left got a little more, oh well


almost ready to be plated


dinner's ready!!

plated with white rice, black beans see below and a salad.

weeknight beans
place in a sauce pan with 2 tbs evoo and saute
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic

then pour in 2 cans of black beans (i prefer goya)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
small bunch of chopped cilantro
simmer for 10 minutes

enjoy
