I was lucky enough to use the grill everyday throughout the whole weekend.
Just a couple pics, we had lot of good stuff with more to come this coming weekend.
I have a boneless beef rib rack at my house ready to go for Saturday.....the sticker says something like meat candy or finger candy or something on it.
It is a funny label.
I will post lots of pics with this cook. I expect to treat it like a brisket and have it cook for most of the day and get a couple hours of cooler time.
I haven't seen this cut before but I have cooked brisket and beef rib racks and I plan to treat it the same.
I have 2 racks actually.....fathers day is right around the corner and I want to nail it down good for the old boy.
Pics of weekend cooks. Wings with mango habanero glaze from Texas Pepper Jelly brand on the vortex with some russet garlic oven fries with vinegar this time. Saturday I had 2 prime strips left and we made these into basic veg, chimichurri, pico and steak taco's and Sunday I did a lean center cut rotisserie pork roast, also with the mango habanero glaze with red beans and rice the MRS whipped up. I love eating like this everyday all weekend, I don't get he chance to much.
