Been on a diet for the last week and lost 4 pounds. Decided to do a little cooking this weekend to have a reward. This is part one.
Made some burgers on Saturday. 1/2 pound sirloin burgers, cooked direct over medium heat for pretty much the whole time.
It's getting chillier, which is fine by me. I love the fall...except for the ragweed.

Close up with heirloom tomato, red onions and spinach, on a toasted whole wheat bun.
Served with oven roasted sweet potato fries and a salad was added.
After dinner I roasted off a few sugar pumpkins.
So I could make this pumpkin butter which will be featured in my next post, Part 2.
