Weber Ranch Grill $500 Listed 2 days ago in Elizabethtown, PA

Not us - Growing up the only grill I remember was the hibachi. I seem to remember my mom grilling more than my dad for some reason. I also remember the electric charcoal starter. My mom would marinate the chicken in a mix of Good seasons Italian and ketchup. Not a lot of grilling in my family.

Same here. Growing up (early 70’s) it was just my mom and I, she had a single Hibachi. I remember her using some kind of charcoal that looked like it was in a cardboard egg carton. You’d just break off how much you needed. She’d do sirloin steaks, chicken and of course burgers and hotdogs.

Thanks for sparking a memory. I recall my parents using that same break apart charcoal or whatever it was back in the mid 70’s if I recall correctly now that you mention it. It probably won’t come as a surprise that it was on a Hibachi as well.

Yep, they are. They’ve gone up about $400 in the last year or two since I first started pining for one.

Mine is sitting at my local dealer all assembled and ready to go. Hate the price but I want a new one so....is what it is.
Just like me, when I really get the “itch” for something the price goes through the roof! Sorry folks, it just seems to happen.
