Hello fans.
I have a weber q100 that i mostly use with a 3kg gas tank. I think it does not work so good.
I can't make it achieve a temo bigger than 240 celsious. Even on high after 40 minutes and almost empty.
Weber seller gave me a regulator 50mbar, 0.8kg/h to use with 16oz (445gr) weber small gas canisters. They also gave me another hose with a regulator 29mb, 1kg/h to use with a normal 10kg (20pound) gas tank.
I use a 3kg tank with the second regulator.
Unfortunately i have a feeling that it does not work well.

and comment what do you think?

Is high power flame good? Is low very low? Which temp can you achieve in q100 and what about the two regulators given? What is your regulator to use with a big tank?

Any suggestions?

Hi Stefanos
Your Q100 should reach 250+ (475+) in 10 minutes. If it doesn't take it back to where you purchased it and have them fix it or replace it.
The Q is covered by a warranty, they are obliged to fix it, giving you regulators etc is not them fixing it.

By the way, The flames in your photo for high look
Ok.

Cheers
