Day before yesterday I ordered a new top and bottom cooking grate for the WSM so that I didnt have to take apart the three tier mod I made. The Fed Ex guy just brought the new grates in. That has to be the fastest delivery time Ive seen in a long while...not to mention cheap, only $5 shipping.

Low shipping rates have been one of the great "secrets" about ordering replacement parts from Weber. Used to be a flat $3 or something ridiculous like that regardless of what you ordered. Sounds like maybe they've upped it to $5, but it's still a great deal.
