I see why you call it a skillet. 17" is small for a griddle. I had a 21" Members mark and that was tight cooking for two.
I just think they should of called it something different instead of confusing people.
Does that come with the table for that price?

True. It comes as a grill but I've started to keep my Traveler set up as all griddle with 2 aftermarket griddle plates. Good amount of surface area.

It makes some really good Salmon... crispy on outside moist/tender inside. I does veggies really well too.
