Weber Genesis Silver C side burner problem

I picked up a Silver C over the summer, it was a NG and I purchased the conversion on fleaby. It is now a propane grill.

Here is original thread: http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?9733-CL-buy-need-advice-Weber-Genesis-Silver-C

The side burner does not function correctly. The flame is extremely high and appears as though the mixture of propane/air is off causing the flame to not burn corecctly. I can cook on it as it gets hot, but it causes the outside of the pots or pans to turn black.

Was I supposed to change something on the side burner too?

Take the orifice out and go to a heating supply company. They will have blanks or "spuds". These are than drilled to correct opening. If you're using a standard regulator than just have them drill it for propane and 10,000 BTU (which I believe that burner is rated). The whole thing should not set you back more than $10.00

I went to a heating place, they were not sure what I was talking about.

Can anybody recommend a part number or website I can buy the correct size orifice?

Or can I buy a "blank" and drill it out myself? What size drill bit?
