Hello Friends,
As a newbie, I found this site by a Google search for Weber gas grilling. It took me directly to the forum which I wasted no time in joining. I stayed in the forum and explored a lot of the topics contained within. After previously owning a Gourmet ECB (which makes a good rifle target BTW
) and hearing such good things about the WSM, I have one on order.
The thing is that, I never went to the Home page as a newbie and discovered the entire site! I came in through the back door and did not realize the scope of the home page until sometime later.
After reading the DETAILED articles from all the links at the top of the home page, I think a link should be in this thread showing the way to the Great info presented on the entire site for newbies like me who came in from the bottom up and had no clue as to the knowledge this site contains.
My new Maverick E-732 t'stats just arrived and I'm waiting on the 18.5 WSM. After finding the info contained at this site and having some limited smoking knowledge, I expect to make excellent Q on my first go.
To all you other newbies, CHECK THE LINKS AT THE TOP OF THE FORUM PAGE !!!
