Wanted: Silver A control panel

If anyone has a spare control panel for a Silver Q lying around in decent shape, let me know. I need one that has markings for the 3/4 sweep valves.

Thanks Samuel, but I need it to have the instructions on it. And those chips are a bit too severe for a rehab.
