I was at Wal-Mart in Griffin, lots of weber grills on clearance. Like I needed it but I got another WSM 18.5 on clearance in box for $199. They have one more the display. I noticed the new 22.5 grills appear to be made cheaper looking. But all the charcoal grills are on clearance starting at $79
