Made some awesome wings last night using the vortex. Dried wings with paper towl and put them back in the fridge for about an hour. Cooked them naked for 30 mins using the vortex with B&B Lump (Oak) topped with a couple post oak chunks. Then tossed with Frank's Buffalo Sauce that was spiked with a heavy dose of Kosmos Q Seven Pepper Facelift. These bad boys were quite possibly the best wings I've ever had. And I gotta say that Seven Pepper Facelift is AWESOME.
