Vortex Inaugural Run


 
It's a MUST to have the lid on. It's also a good idea to rotate the lid a quarter turn every few minutes to even the heat out if you're cooking a full circle of wings.

Great cook and great looking wings Chris. My Vortex is almost a permanent resident in my Performer. Great for searing also.
