Vortex cooking

Hello all,

Thinking about getting a small Vortex for my WSM 18.5. Just curious on cook times for wings from those who use one often. Also any good wing recipe, techniques, over all tips for getting the most use out of it.

Hi Rob, the Vortex is designed for the Weber kettles. Never heard from anyone using it on a WSM. Check the Vortex website for more info. There website is http://www.owensbbq.com/vortex.html
