Boneless and skin on thighs and breasts marinated in a Vietnamese grilling sauce.
I’ve made this before and it’s a real treat for guests. The blend of heat, sweet, salt and sour grill up nicely over charcoal.
Will serve this with steamed jasmine rice and some cut of veggies and a dipping sauce.
