Verizon apparently is dropping their SMTP submission gateway, i.e. emails to <number>@vtext.com are no longer going through to my phone. Call support....."But you can use the Enterprise Messaging application!" "That's a hard NO. This is a personal use device, and you've just removed significant functionality."

Heads up.
