The condensation should go away when not being used. If the condensation does not go away, the thermometer should be replaced.

T timothy TVWBB 1-Star Olympian Jul 21, 2022 #3 Mine used to fog up first thing in the morning when the dew was in the air. Once the sun came out it went away. And that wasn't just on thermos, gauges on pool pump and air compressors also.
