Dinner after a long drive. Grilled some shrimp up in the CI for a snchove, shrimp, pasta concoction. Also grilled up some bone in pork belley slices.

Cool food nate. Your ATC build looks like mine. Do you have any photos of the box/the build?

No build pics, but here's what it looks like inside the ATC. I built this a year and a half ago for my Bradley smoker. I just got a plug adapter to plug in they 12vdc converter to run the 6.5cfm fan.

Very cool Nate. I built mine using maybe the same controller (JLD612) and the same radio shack project box. I was like, hey, that guy has my box!

Mine has an extra always-on power port to be used to power the water pump for when I use it to control my sous vide cooker.

I like your can manifold attachment to the mini. I've been trying to figure out the best way to mount mine. The clips inside the Auber fan housing I ordered don't really get the job done.

That's an Aubur SYL-2352 PID and SSR in a Radio Shack project box. The fan can is held in place with a toggle bolt going through a vent hole.
