Anyone know where I can find a utensil to make pulling pork easier? I saw some people in a competition using a type of fork that looked like extended bear claws (for lack of a better description). They half one in each hand and just sifted through the pork butt leaving perfectly pulled pork in thier wake. Anyone know where I could find something like this? Have been looking all over ebay with no luck. Anyone know of a restaurant supply website I may be able to use?

Where I'm from, we call it chopped instead of pulled. So I use a clever!!! Works great with no fuss!

I cook mine until they fall apart, no need for utensils. I do take a cleaver to it though to break up the long muscles.

I like just the slightest little pull to my pp and use a couple big forks to get it just the way I want. I dont care for shredded pork near as well as some chunks with some bark left on it. Making some tomorrow starting at 5 am with my brother.
