Using pellets

I have a difficult time finding any variety of smoke woods, but I recently came across some apple pellets. I remember reading a post one time where Keri C said she uses pellets routinely in her WSM. I am just wondering what the best way to use them is. How many do you use? Foil pack? how often do you have to replenish?
 
Hi, Garrett - yes, I've been very pleased with the pellets, and have been using them pretty much ever since they started making them, I think. I DO use chunks sometimes, but not that often. Let me know what you think.
