That's the best part of the WSM, set it and forget it! I love to set her up, go to work on a 12 hour shift knowing that I have a great meal waiting at home.
I be doing spares Saturday for supper. Will be putting on jumbo Hebrew National franks for lunch while it is fired up. Wanted some J-ville Brats for lunch, but Costcos didn't have any.
