Thank you. I missed the last one. Not going to let that happen again. Several tough cooks and a few with hard temp requirements make these a necessity.
 
So helpful when you need a certain temp, then a rise while resting. My garlic pork loun recipe leaves no room for error.
It us also nice to know how the pork shoulder is progressing. Timing and temp gain importance when your thermometers are onnthe fritz. No more. I ordered several.
