Uncle Chris' steaks: Wow!


 
I got my order today - worked another >12 hr day today - didn't cook, got a cheap bacon/potato/egg/cheese burrito from on of my favorite Mexican chains............. the 2nd ingredient is MSG. I recognize the MSG in it 'cause some of my relatives used to use it like salt . The spice mix is GOOD, but be aware.
