I've got some steel plates @ 1/8" Laser cut to fit in my 14" Mini Smoker Joe.
Ones for the 18" Cajun Bandit Stacker
22" Performer & CB Stacker & Kettle Conversion
22" WSM's - shown here with a Pellet Pro Conversion (hard to see, but its cut to fit in the waterpan tabs)
I use foiled over pizza pans for the smaller cookers as drip pans. The 22" cookers I use 18" disposable aluminum party trays foiled over for drip pans.
Pretty much tried all the waterpan mods and settled on these. Cost was $10-20 depending on the sizes cut. I cook Hot n' Fast so these work for me.
If you really want to get serious and ditch the waterpan/deflector I'm using the Hunsaker Smokers Vortex Firebaskets in my 22" WSM's/Cajun Bandit and Drums.
