Typical steak night!!

Howdy folks...trying to get back to normal after the holidays so it was time for a steak or two...dusted these Tri tip strips with salt and pepper and splashed on a bit of worst sauce(god haven't done that in years...remembering when steak night back when I was a young buck...worst sauce was a main stay on steak, also remembering coming home...downing a six pack of coor's or MGD, break out the lighter fluid and drink 6 more trying to burn off my eye brows..then tossing some meat on the grill, ended with some 1/2 frozen oven fries and a bag of salad smothered in ranch...good ole days)

Ok enuf of that sh@?...meat ready and room temp!

Yikes I'm burning them...(well seared)

Shrooms and onion up!

And plated with steamed baby carrots and wild rice!! Oh and a ice cold Alaskan of course..

And a bite for my Weber buddy's!!!
