Two butts and sides

Smoked two butts a few weeks ago and finally getting around to post the pics. Wife also made zucchini gratin and some sort of corn salad. I could eat every bite of the gratin! The pork butts were both in the 8-9 pound range and cooked for 16.5 hours under a cherry/oak mix. Pulled at 195. I could eat pulled pork every day!!!

Zucchini gratin ... mmmmm.

If you hadn't said corn salad, I would have sworn it was overloaded stir-fried rice.

Got to do a pulled pork soon. Yours looks fantastic! Nice plate! I would ask about the zucchini gratin, but I think I might be the only one to eat it in my house

Great work Scott. I did a couple butts over the weekend and brought mom a big plate of PP and coleslaw for lunch on Monday. (Sorry no pics of pork, or mom). BBQ'd pork makes everyone happy.
