Turkey on WSM AND Charbroil Big Easy

I like the way turkey tastes from the WSM but also like the oil-less Big Easy turkey fryer, really crispy skin.

I think I am going to use both to make the turkey this thanksgiving!

I am going to start it in my WSM 22.5 at 325-350 (12 pound turkey) for about 2 hours and then the last 30 minutes in the Big Easy

My theory is that I will get the smoke flavor and really crunch skin and wing tips. :wsm:

Last year I did it for the first time on my WSM
