About how long am I looking at for a cook time for a 3lb turkey breast (boneless & skinless) & a 4lb spiral ham (ready to eat w/ natural juices)? One will be cooked Sunday and the other on Monday. Both are fairly small in weight because I'm only cooking for myself and the wife.

Hello Terry, and welcome to the forum.
THIS is a link to "cooking topics" section for turkey breast.
And This is a link for cooking your ham.
Note that cooking times are not definitive.
If you are facing a deadline, cook early, wrap in foil and put in a cooler.
Last thanksgiving My turkey was held like this 1 1/2 hours and still too hot to handle.

Thanks Mike. I just assumed that my cooking times would be shorter due to the fact that my turkey and ham are much less in weight (about 1/2) than those provided in the links you gave me.

it drives my wife nuts, when I can't give her an accurate cooking time.
I just ask her when she wants the meat on the table, and then I just do the cooking early and wrap.

Well the turkey breast turned out great. Smoked for about 2hrs 15min and pulled @ 160F. Now onto the ham later this week.
