K Kemper Morris TVWBB Gold Member Jun 4, 2024 #1 Smoked a Turkey Breast on the 22 using Mesquite wood. Cooked at 275 for 2 hrs. Spritzed with Spray Butter. Base Coat was Texas Trinity & applied Smoked Paprika on top of that.
