Turkey breast on the Weber


 
When all is said and done, the faithful Weber Kettle is still one of my most favored BBQ tools. We just did an event for our small college, and I dragged out the Rec Tec to do hot dogs, but we also had two red Weber Kettles going for burgers (to supplement the gas grills) so those kids couldn't miss the REAL smoke!

That's great Jon glad to see the participation. With using REAl SMOKERS you may be getting some real grillers onboard. :)
