Following a great Thanksgiving turkey, the family wants more on Christmas. Luckily, the trusty bullet is now residing at the folks place for such occasions.

So anyone ever tried the turkey breast and prime rib combo before? Any reason to avoid putting these on the same grate next to each other? 350 sounds about right for each.
