Trying to register my Performer

I have been trying to register my Performer on my Weber account. It keeps telling me the serial number is not valid. I have a string of emails with customer support that have led nowhere. So far all they have done is tell me what I already know, that I have a 2000 Touch N Go Performer. I am entering the serial number as it appears on the grill and the owners manual. Any suggestions?

I saw that you sent some emails, but if you called and talk directly to him sometimes it just got to talk to a real person.

Is it possible that it has already been registered to someone else? Are you the original buyer?

Interesting. I couldn’t register my 1997 Genesis so fired off an email and quickly got a response that she (iirc) went ahead and registered it for me and that I had a nice collection.

Ask directly if they can register it for you
