I would have to do poor mans sous vide. Put in a sealed vacuum bag, into a pot and on the simmer burner on the stove Don't know that I want to buy another toy for just this.

I understand. But they are getting so cheap and there is no way to better reheat vacuum sealed leftovers. You might end up using way more than you think.

Larry, next time I go visit my friend in Milwaukee, I’ll drop off my mixer and, loan you my Anova! One for “tune up” the other for fun!
I’d borrowed one from my brother now, he’s decided that he wanted a new one so, rather than ask for this one back he got the fancier one. It’s pretty interesting but, I don’t use it very often. Tri tip twice and something else but, I don’t remember what.
