Had to add a couple bucks to a Walmart order to make the free shipping threshold. Rib Rack's Cajun seasoning sounded good and made up what was needed. Smelled really nice & savory so decided to give it a shot on some St. Louis ribs. Just a light slather of yellow mustard and a generous coating of the seasoning. indirect, on the kettle with Royal Oak natural briquettes and a chunk of Apple @250 +/-.

Will be wrapping with some of my House Sauce. https://tvwbb.com/threads/house-sweet-spicy-sauce.88059/ when the color is right and cooking 'til they probe tender. More warm sauce served on the side with some mac salad.
