Trouble in ReqTec paradise?

I think Recteq is a very good company, but not all their products have been winners. I think this one may be a reach too far. I would tell anyone to get one of their excellent regular smoker pellet grills and then get a good used Weber gas grill - or even a Ninja Woodfire for grilling.

Speaking of Ninja, the Ninja FlexFlame seems to approach this desire to combine pellet grill smoke with higher heat in a better way than does this Recteq.

A very true statement. Decided to try a pellet grill after years of using a kamado. Found Recteq as a comparable business model similar to the early years of Weber - MiUSA and solid build. The RT700 has been great and smoking strong for the last 4 years. Wanted to try their other lines but have found similar feedbacks. I applaud them in trying to expand their lineup in such a crowded market.
