Went to BJ's today. Bought the trifecta - grilled beef hot dogs for lunch (Kayem Old Tyme - excellent), grilled duck for supper, and eastern NC pork butt tomorrow on the WSM. When I got to the counter, I was initially worried. There were no butts left. Guess others had the same plan. Fortunately, the butchers had more in the fridge.
I was tempted to buy a turkey and a chicken to cover all the major meat groups, but decided not to get greedy.
