Tri tip update

I cooked both roasts sunday, pulled them off at 150 degree internal. Very moist and fairly tender for tri tip.
The got done in 1 3/4 hours at 250 degrees at the rack height.

Tenderness would have been helped with a lower internal temp at the finish.
