Yep I know it's not taco Tuesday! Sounds good though? Started with this today!!!it is Friday right?

Time for a quick sear!

Then into a pan with left over juice and beer for about 2 hours at 350 or so.

Add some white corn tortilla's and Spanish rice along with the now shredded meat!

And a plate with crock pot pinto's, sour cream, home made salsa!!! What more can u ask for!!!!
