Tri Tip Bliss


 
Nice Chris. Wish I had a local source for tri tip. Alas, I have to drive to Raleigh NC area to get any.

Great looking tri! We had one on Tuesday night, and now it's lunch today as well. Probably the #1 cut of meat in our house. I feel bad for you guys that can't get them!
 
Thanks for all the nice comments!! We were at Costco in Middleton last Saturday and they had three tri tips in the meat case. It's the first time I noticed them and I should have bought all three!
 
Our STL Costco stores stopped carrying them, so every time I go there now I fill out a suggestion card stating:
"BRING BACK TRI-TIPS!"
