Trends in Grilling

Hi Kevin,

I have enjoyed your blog and appreciate your taking time to answer questions here. I'm curious about your thoughts on how grilling will change/grow in the future. In the past few years, Weber has offered a variety of accessories that reflect some of the changing trends as more people are becoming more adventurous with their grills -- myself included. And while I can appreciate the convenience of gas grilling, I'll readily admit that I much prefer the flavor, and the process, of charcoal grilling and smoking, and almost all of my accessories reflect that preference.

Where do you seen grilling going in the next 5-10 years?
