Looks like you had a great time and meal Jason, makes me miss the desert of Utah, which was home for almost 30 years. I need to try that mustard you put on those brats....horseradish and mustard combined, can't go wrong there.
 
Jason, next time make it an overnighter. A late night snack from the grill under the stars is nice, and breakfast on the grill
in the morning too. Try it.
