Travel to South Georgia Pecan Country

Some time back, I made a trip to South Georgia. Peanut and Pecan country. Fresh high quality pecans are special. Our visit took us to Ellis Bros. Pecans in Vienna Ga. They had two or three pecan varieties available at that time. We purchased the best: US #1, DESIRABLE halves. They have a higher oil content which relates to more flavor ( kinda like meat and fat, more fat, more flavor).
Today I made another batch of roasted pecans. The recipe will be found in the Appetizer recipe section. They are delightful.
 
I bought some returning home from Florida last summer. Much better than what comes from the local grocery.

Yeah, yeah...you love your nuts. You're proud of your nuts. You think your nuts are delightful. You want to tell everyone about your delightful nuts. We get it. ;)

However, there is a glaring omission: how much pecan WOOD did you take home?
