Confess Wolgast, you're a pro chef, and pro food photographer aren't you?
Simply outstanding on all accounts!!

Mind if I ask what camera you use?
I have a Pentax K10D dslr on the way. Decided to get back into photography.
My film days are long over, and my darkroom has sat idle for a few years now.

Dude...this meal rocks.

I had kebabs on the menu for this weekend, actually. I'll be using some ground lamb mixed with beef.

First of all thx to all of you.

Jim lampe:Hehe babelfish is not the best translater, but after reading it over a few times even i get it

Nice try tho.

Bob Correll: Camera used: Canon Canon DIGITAL IXUS 95 IS - cheap modell with a good auto mode.

G Dechaine: The lamb skewers i think will turn out even better then pure beef.

I wanna start like a catering buissnes here in sweden but i have to get more used to my WSM before i can pull of a 50+ppl cook,BBQ is almost non existant here in sweden so that leaves room for me

but the trend is catching up everyday.

So if one could get in at the market from start and build up a name it might work out great, and with the help from this site the only thing that holds me back is the lack of time running my wsm(dayjob) so that leaves weekends to cook and 2-3 days of making progress/try out new stuffs, rubs, injects, mops, sauces and HH/lowslow techniques.
All plans is on the Dream state atm,but one day

My wife is a trained chef but have never worked as one.
She is good with the ideas tho and constantly come with new suggestions for the grill.

And again thx for the comments.

Fantastic meal and pictures again. I see that sriracha is universal, too.

Did you have trouble keeping the meat on the skewers when you turned them?

You are a very talented couple. I love the posts. Skewers like that give me motivation to make some greek gyros.

I bet people will love your food.

Great job!!!!

Jon Des : Did you have trouble keeping the meat on the skewers when you turned them?

Ohh ye....after the second turn they were firm enough to handle.

But they just didnt wanna stick to that skewer.

Mine was better then my wifes but she had some water on her hands while making the skewer,i did it "dry".

Her was about to fall of the skewer while we let them rest in the refrigerator.

But both turned out great..next time i will just form some "hot dog" zised ones and skip the scewers.

Bless
