Just celebrated International Smoke Day by finishing my first Top Sirloin Tip. the little guy (4 pounds) was excellent! Cooked it at 325 for 2.5 hours. Internal was 140.
It was quick, easy, and delicious. Along with its cheap price (3 bucks a pound), you cant go wrong with a Sirloin tip...highly recommended!
