Too cold to Q Fried Chicken

Well It's too cold to Q here so I cooked a chicken on my Masterbuilt deep fryer. It came out amazing!

Actually, I injected it with a butter creole marinade and seasoned it with Plowboys Yardbird.

That chicken looks great Mike. There's a place near me in Wyckoff, NJ Bourbon BBQthat seems to lightly smoke their chicken before giving it a turn in the deep-fryer. The result is really tasty. You might want to try that some time... best of both worlds.
