Tomorrow I BBQ


 
Congrats on the night off, the soup looks awesome. I've taken a few night off this past week for soup, last night I decided to do a 3-zone chicken quarters cook, one of the zones decided not to fire up, had to pull the chicken off, dump the unlit zone on the lit zone, wait for it to settle and put the back on, only for the pit to drop to 200 before the chicken hit 165. Moved the chicken to the oven and it was as tough as a baseball glove. Shoulda gone with another night of soup, LOL
