I saw these yesterday at my little Cattle and Cream shop in the village. Stuck one on the pellet grill for lunch. Very nice dog

Yeah, our little shop gets a few things from them. Last year I found a SRF tri tip. Good night was that good! Great taste and yet ate like tenderloin. I am always looking for that again. I usually am in the shop every couple days
